This section helps potential clients to know answers quickly to questions that are frequently asked. It helps them to ovecome any anxieties, and help you from being asked the same questions for every potential client.
You can addmany FAQs, we recommend maximum 10. 3 is good to have for general user interaction.
Creating the FAQ is easy.
- Add – Create a new FAQ section. This will creat anew FAQ section at the bottom of the list. You need to scroll down to see it.
- Remove the FAQ directly below the button
- The title of the FAQ – this the section displayed which the user will clisk on to reveal the answer. Keep it short as a question. If the client has a very special case they can contact you or the website for more information.
- FAQ Content – this is your answer. Do not try to answer all possible case scenarios. Aim to reassure what the user probably can assume. Or be clear about very specific information which is not very ordinary.
