About
Transactions enable you to:
- Payments to other users.
- Adjustment corrections with Humanity Circle.
- Withdrawal requests to your bank account.
Adjustments
If there is an inaccurancy in your acount, you can make a request for an Adjustment.
- Please give full details in the description.
- We may need to contact you if we have any questions about your request.
- It will be reviewed and then accpeted or rejected.
- Your balance will be automaticall adjusted.
Payments
This section is not yet working
If you wish to send money to another user select this option.
- Select the user you wish to send the money to and choose request.
- Once created you need to go to the transfers list and then confirm it.
- Payments cost 50 cents per transaction.
- This will be automatically adjusted from your balance.
- If there is not enough in your account to include the transfer cost – it will not be completed.
Withdrawals
This section is not yet working
If you wish to have money from your account transfered to your nominated bank account please select this option. It can take upto one week for the money to be transfered to your account. If you need to money quicker we maybe be able to help but you will need to send an additional email to your supporting manager.
