To prevent unwanted use of other organisers profiles or locations during the event creation Locations and Organiser Profiles are available to those that are confirmed to be accesible.
- Organiser Joe can add Organiser David and Emily as additional organisers of his offering.
- Organiser Joe has been assigned the ability to use the locations Big Concert Hall, Sports Venue, and The Office Space which they can use in their offerings.
This means Joe cannot automatically use other Locations or Organisers he has not been given the authority to do so.
To give an Organiser the rights – it is currently only an admin who can change this. It is a quick update to the profile and does not take long to do.
If a location is an outdoor space that belongs to no one – then no confirmation is required.
If a location is a private space then there is a registered contact who can confirm the use of the location is needed.
If the location might be quite easy going and allow anyone without confirmation – but this is per location preferences.
